Charter Mellon brings over 20 years of structured finance, commercial real estate, and investing experience. Our ability to deliver successful results for our stakeholders is the result of a culmination of sticking to what we know best. The principals of the firm have had successful careers having worked for Bank of America’s Global Corporate Investment Banking Group as well as helping to build one of the most successful super community banks in the southeast. Charter Mellon’s institutional background experience is complimented with its work in assisting several family offices with their CRE development expansion programs.
